RSS allows you to see when websites have added new content without having to visit the website.
That's great, but how do I use it?
You will need a news reader. This is a piece of software that checks RSS feeds automatically.
There are many different types of news reader available: some work in Outlook, while others can be accessed via your web browser.
Whatever version you choose, they all have one thing in common - they can subscribe to many RSS feeds. So each time one of your favourite sites is updated, your news reader will tell you!

What do I do once I have a news reader?
